style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">La boxe enfants <\/mark>est ouverte aux enfants (gar\u00e7ons et filles) de 6 ans jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 16 ans, et est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 permettre aux plus jeunes de d\u00e9couvrir la boxe dans un contexte ludique mais technique. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">La boxe &lsquo;Loisirs\u00a0\u00bb <\/mark>est ouverte \u00e0 toutes et tous (\u00e0 partir de 16 ans) pour d\u00e9couvrir et approfondir la technique avec une perspective de comp\u00e9tition ou non, tout en permettant d&rsquo;acqu\u00e9rir ou de maintenir sa condition physique n\u00e9cessaire pour of English boxing. Training for children, recreational training, and competition training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Children&rsquo;s boxing is open to children (boys and girls) aged 6 to 16, and is intended to allow the youngest to discover boxing in a playful yet technical context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&lsquo;Leisure&rsquo; boxing is open to everyone (aged 16 and older) to explore and deepen their technique with the perspective of competition or not, while also acquiring or maintaining the necessary physical condition to practice this demanding sport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&lsquo;Competition&rsquo; boxing, on the other hand, is intended for experienced boxers (aged 16 and older) who wish to meet all the technical, physical, tactical, and strategic requirements, demonstrating sportsmanship, to be able to participate and win competitions in real conditions of high-intensity combat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Technical Specifics<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Training in Children&rsquo;s Boxing (which broadly includes):<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Playful Warm-up:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Running games, jumps, and dynamic stretches to prepare the muscles and improve coordination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visual tracking exercises to develop concentration and reflexes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic Techniques:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Learning basic positions: guard, light jab, and hook.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work on fundamental footwork and mobility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordination Exercises:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use of cones and obstacles to develop agility and movement synchronization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simple striking combinations on light targets to improve precision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strength and Conditioning:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&lsquo;Circuit training&rsquo;
